Close to Stillwater & OSU yet far enough to feel like you’re on a quiet retreat. If you like to cook, you'll love the huge kitchen, dining room, outdoor eating area and grill. If you are looking forward to kicking back, you'll love the 3 sofas, 2 recliners, high speed WiFi and 3 TVs. If you like the outdoors, you'll love the wraparound deck, occasional wildlife, abundance of trees and 1.5 miles of hiking trails. And if you're just looking for a home base while you tend to other activities, we are perfectly located 20 minutes from Stillwater, 10 minutes from Perkins, 7 minutes from Langston and 15 minutes from Guthrie. Your rental includes the main level, basement, deck, outdoor eating area & all 11 acres (There is a locked, attic level that is not accessible).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Feel free to leave used linens next to each bed and used towels in the bathtubs, or you may leave all on the floor of the laundry room if you prefer.
If there is more trash than will fit in the kitchen bins, please tie up the extra bags and place in the black tool box on the north side of the house by the driveway.
Feel free to leave the front porch light on if it is dark when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, illegal substances, underage drinking, candles or fires allowed on the property.
Please do not walk past property lines marked in paint on trees and do not cross any taped off areas behind the barn, etc.
