Welcome to lake life at its best! Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath getaway in Gravois Mills at Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make memories. Tucked into a quiet cove with no steps to the water (yes, really!), it’s easy living from sunrise coffee to sunset cocktails. Whether you’re here for boating, floating, or just soaking up the view—this is your spot to unwind and enjoy every minute on the lake.

This amazing dock has a wonderful sitting area to relax or swim from, tie up on the edge of the dock for up to a 40 ft boat, and a private boat ramp capable of handling jet skis, fishing boats, and smaller runabout boats taking the stress out of finding a public ramp! Don't worry about your lake floats and life jackets as we have plenty ready for your stay keeping you safe and comfortable on the water.

We have a 2-car garage edition with plenty of room for gaming and fun in the event rain hampers your stay. Play ping pong, darts, or cards at the table to keep the good vibes going!

Perfect weekend at the lake! The location couldn’t have been more peaceful—quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place was spotless with lots of great new updates. The boat ramp was VERY convenient on property!  Would definitely stay again!!

We are a family located in Kansas City, and have been going to Lake of the Ozarks for more than 20 years. The area is wonderful as there are so many different activities to keep you busy beyond just the water. We enjoy knowing folks make lasting memories when they visit our property and all the excitement of lake life!

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting this home for more than 10 years. Our close friends who are also neighbors owned this home which they had shared with many renters over the years. Being back in a cove away from traffic was very important to us, and a property we knew renters enjoyed was also a key item.

What makes this property unique

We feel our property is unique as we're very close to the water's edge without climbing any stairwells!

Waves and traffic are minimal!

Boat ramp access for smaller craft and a gas dock around the corner (Gas Hole)!

Laurie is within 15 minutes of the home to grab all your necessities keeping you stocked up for your vacation!
