Our Hohe Munde holiday apartment is situated in a heavenly location at 1,140 m, nestled in the heart of a magnificent mountain landscape, quietly situated between flower-filled meadows and idyllic forests in the stunning Leutasch Valley. The holiday rental accommodates 2 people and combines luxury with cosiness and relaxation in the fresh Alpine air.

The holiday rental features a living room/bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition to its tasteful furnishings, the highlight of the apartment is the 200x160 cm Swiss stone pine bed—built by the owner himself—along with a wardrobe and the perfectly equipped, spacious kitchen-living area. Bed linens, towels, and dressing gowns are changed weekly upon request. A room for cross-country skis with a ski boot heater and waxing station is also available, and in the summer, a lockable bicycle garage. You can park your car safely under the carport.

A 5-minute walk from the house is a farm where you can pick up fresh milk, eggs, yoghurt, and much more for breakfast, and right next to it is a small, very well-stocked supermarket for everything else.

In the summer, you can relax in the unspoiled countryside on unforgettable walks, hikes, and mountain hut tours, or zip through the Gaistal or Karwendel Mountains—a paradise for e-bikers—and cool off in the clear mountain lakes of the area. In winter, the impressive valley transforms into an absolute cross-country skiing and ski touring paradise with countless routes of all difficulty levels; right outside the house, you can set off on the route to the Rauthhütte, and cross-country skiing here is also a uniquely beautiful experience thanks to the flat terrain of the high valley. On site, you can obtain a free cross-country ski pass, which allows you to use the trails in the Seefeld Olympic Region for the duration of your stay—a total of 279 km, including 154.3 km of classic-style trails and 124.7 km of skating trails. Access to the Olympic cross-country trail is right in front of our house!

The holiday rental includes a large terrace and garden, featuring a cosy spot with seating and dining areas in front of the rustic cabin, sun loungers, and a small pond. LED satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge throughout the property. The owners, a couple, live in a separate part of the house; they designed and furnished the holiday rental themselves by hand with great care and effort.
