The kitchenette is very well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop, as well as a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster.
The open-concept space includes a lovely dining area and a living area with a cosy corner sofa, satellite TV, books, and games.
The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and an electric towel warmer.

If needed, a cot and a high chair can be booked as add-ons.
Underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment keeps your feet warm on cooler days.

Please understand that pets are generally only allowed in selected apartments during the off-season, by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us, provided the pet is house-trained. Please also let us know the breed.

The apartment includes a parking space, a private bike shed, and Wi-Fi access.
Additional guest parking spaces are available upon request.

In addition, the 12 m² covered terrace, furnished with an extendable table and four lounge chairs, offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing days between the Bodden and the sea. From the terrace, you have direct access to the small garden, where you can enjoy the sun right away.

The holiday home is located in a quiet area with a view of the Bodden, just a few steps from the harbour.

“Villa Boddenluft” is a newly built holiday home with 4 residential units. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and can, of course, be booked individually.

Here, you can spend your holiday with your entire family, and everyone has their own space.
There’s room for up to 16 people here, so you can all enjoy your holiday together. From the very elegant hallway, a beautiful wooden staircase leads up to the two upper units, each featuring a balcony. The other two apartments are located on the ground floor and feature cosy terraces and a small garden.

The comfortable holiday apartments (55–57 square metres) are characterised by their modern, upscale furnishings and invite you to relax with a view of the Bodden.
