Beautifully renovated condo on the Pinellas Gulf beaches of Redington Shores

SAN REMO BEACH FRONT CONDO. This very tastefully decorated unit, will constantly remind you that you’re on vacation. 2nd floor unit, with elevator too. This 2/2 unit has a very spacious main bedroom with a King bed, and an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a smart TV with Apple TV. There is another full bath with a tub. The living area has a very comfortable queen sofa-bed. Two matching swivel rocker recliner. Kitchen is completely equipped with anything you may need, including a microwave to cook your favorite meals. The balcony gives you a spectacular view of the Blvd, particularly at night, with views of the gulf waters and the intercostal as well. Linens and towels are provided, along with beach chairs, beach umbrellas and inflatable beach items and toys. Redington Shores is strategically located close to many restaurants, beach bars and the famous John’s Pass. The Seaside Bird Sanctuary is right next door. Theres also a Trolley Stop right in front of the building, so you won’t have to do much driving.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Strip all used bed linens and pile in the main bedroom, along with any used towels.

Be sure to empty refrigerator and dispose all trash in the hallway trash chute.

Be sure the thermostat is set back to 76* upon checking out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely NO smoking or sprays of any kind allowed on balcony as it will damage the epoxy flooring.

No glass bottles or glass ware allowed at the pool.

Do not leave any items in the hallway, that includes beach chairs, toys, shoes etc. Trash must be placed in the trash chute, do not leave on floor.

Why they chose this property

The San Remo is a smaller Condo building, nestled between just a few other buildings. The beach is not as crowded as in other areas. The white sandy gulf beachs are unlike any other in the United States. The sunsets are spectacular too. Very close proximity to restaurants, beach bars, and attractions.

What makes this property unique

We make sure our unit is fully equipped with just about anything you would need. From cooking wares to beach gear. Basically, you can just bring your toothbrush and swim suit.
