Welcome to Seepark 3h—the townhouse by the sea.<br><br>Your cosy holiday home spans 3 floors:<br>On the ground floor, the garage (in addition to the parking space on the property) offers space for a car, bicycles, and sports equipment. Here you’ll also find the apartment’s private sauna with a shower, as well as a washing machine. <br><br>From the ground floor, a staircase leads you to the ground floor, where you’ll be greeted by the spacious, tiled living area. The open-concept kitchen, the adjoining dining table, and the living room—which opens onto the furnished terrace with a glass roof and views of nature—offer plenty of space for your holiday.<br>The beech-colored built-in kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishes, and a full range of cooking utensils for your holiday. The large dining table seats 6 people, providing a perfect spot to enjoy meals together or game nights. An additional high chair is available.<br>In the living room, a cosy L-shaped sofa is ready to accommodate the whole family. A compact stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a TV are available for your entertainment as needed. On this floor, you’ll find a guest bathroom (in addition to the shower room upstairs).<br><br>The bedrooms and the shower room are located on the third floor. The larger bedroom, featuring a double bed (160×200 cm) and a sliding-door closet, offers a great view of the lake and the nature reserve. If needed, there’s space here to set up the travel cot, which you’ll find in the closet.<br>The other bedroom features a double bed (120×200 cm) and a closet for additional guests. The floors in the bedrooms and hallway are covered with warm-to-the-foot cork flooring. <br>The shower room is equipped with a large mirror and vanity cabinet, a walk-in shower with a glass shower enclosure, and a toilet.<br><br>As in all our accommodation, smoking is not permitted inside the buildings. Smokers will find a cosy spot on the covered terrace. Please be considerate of future guests and ensure that smoke does not drift into the accommodation. <br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.<br><br>!!! If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the “Non-binding Enquiry” feature. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.<br><br>Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The Seepark consists of two distinct buildings, both beautifully situated in a unique natural setting between Steinwarder and the holiday park: <br>The white “Strandhaus” and the red-brick townhouses.<br><br>From all apartments, you can enjoy views of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve with its small inland lake, which begins right behind the property.<br>Our guests are impressed not only by the exceptionally quiet yet central location (right next to the beach and holiday park) but also by amenities such as a private sauna and fireplace. <br>The holiday apartments, which vary in layout, can accommodate up to 4 people: the townhouses offer 80 square metres of space, and the penthouse offers 116 square metres.<br>Free parking spaces/garages, as well as bike racks and trash tins, are located right on the property. <br>To get to the bakery, restaurant, and nearest café, simply cross the “Elephant Bridge”—you’ll find everything you need just 150 metres away. <br><br>P.S.: You can get delicious ice cream right next door at Dünengolf.
