Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can add these charges later and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea. <br><br>This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south for plenty of sunshine. <br>A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.<br><br>The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether by SUP, air mattress, or surfboard—here you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn. <br>A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available to guests.<br>You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.<br><br>Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street. <br><br>The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
