The kitchen is equipped as follows: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave with oven function (convection), 2-burner ceramic induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes, silverware, and children’s tableware (8-piece set).<br><br>The living room features: a hi-fi system with internet radio and CD player, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a leather sofa and leather chairs, a selection of books, and LED lighting with various lighting options.<br><br>The sleeping area is divided into two separate rooms: in the children’s room, the beds can also be used by adults (high weight capacity up to 140 kg); the mattresses are equipped with hypoallergenic covers, and a high chair is provided.<br>The bedroom features a 180 cm double bed. All beds are equipped with mattress protectors; spares are available in the 2-meter-wide bedroom closet.<br><br>Bathroom: Shower stall, hair dryer, cleaning supplies, ironing board, clothes rack, iron, vacuum cleaner.<br><br>The apartment is allergy-friendly. Depending on the apartment’s location, you can expect a magnificent view of the sea, the inland lake, or the surrounding nature. All floors are easily accessible by lift. At the rear of the complex, a large car park is available for free use with open parking. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the building or inside the building in designated shelters. Please note that these may be in high demand during peak season. <br><br>Your holiday begins right at your doorstep: The Baltic Sea Holiday Park is located just about 550 metres from the Baltic Sea beach. There, you’ll find a beach over 4 km long with an adventure pier, as well as ideal conditions for a wide range of activities. The approximately 5.4-kilometer-long loop trail around the inland lake is also perfect for walking, jogging, and biking. The offerings are complemented by numerous recreational opportunities such as water sports, hiking and biking trails, a kite-flying field, and a dune golf course. At the inland lake, wooden lounge chairs and lakeside paths invite you to linger, while playgrounds, beach volleyball, and the promenade provide plenty of variety for young and old alike.<br><br>In case of bad weather, the nearby Aktiv-Hus—with a swimming pool, sauna, wellness area, and indoor play area—offers a wide range of recreational options. There is also a laundromat and a small self-service supermarket, both located directly across from the complex.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
