Two assigned covered parking spaces available for you.
The Flats features gated access, two elevators, on-site package concierge. Plenty of seating at our sparkling clear pool.
Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with stainless steel grills and bar, fire pit and seating area. Bike storage is available, there is also a covered dog run.
