An outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings is at your disposal. Variety is provided for. There is a billiards room, fitness equipment and sports activities for young and old. The large private garden is completely fenced.
The nearest sandy beach is only 2 km away. Restaurants and shopping are even closer to the house. The historic Teramo is less than 40 minutes away. Visit the beautiful medieval cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta here.
