The use of the pool, garden and common areas is shared with other apartments. The complex is suitable for families with children and offers a safe environment, as it is completely fenced and equipped with a shallow swimming pool.



In a few minutes by car you can reach both the heights of Mottarone, a destination for trekking excursions in summer and wonderful ski and snow walks in winter, and the beaches of Lake Orta and Lake Maggiore. Take advantage of the opportunity to practice the various activities of the lake and the mountains, including sailing, windsurfing, swimming, diving and canoeing or trekking, hiking, skiing, biking and fishing.

Très bel endroit confortable avec une superbe vue sur le lac et les environs.La piscine est top et l’entretien des jardins de même.Une seule fausse note, l’adresse indiquée correspondait à l’adresse postale qui n’est pas la même que le lieu de séjour notamment pour l’accès en voiture. Du coup l’arrivée fut carrément pénible.
