This was a large house by lake Lanier , with plenty of room for a large family gathering. We came to dawsonville for a wedding . This house is close to town and the outlets . The lake and dock are beautiful. Susan was very responsive to our questions and we had no issues with our stay.

Our host communicated so well and was prompt in her response. The home was wonderful, with a well stocked kitchen. This home will be one on my list if I return to Dawsonville.

Great location, great spot on the lake and a very roomy house with lots of comfortable beds. Only complaint was reached out to the host days prior to check in about the possibility of checking in a few hours early and host did not respond until well after check in time. Fit our family well and would assuredly rent this house again .

Overall the home was lovely lots of room for several families. But the decks outside were full of leaves making it impossible to sit outside along with outside furniture was dirty and full of cobwebs and there was a terrible smell under the bathroom sink on the main floor bathroom making the towels smell and unusable. There was a radio left on in a bedroom closet that was odd.

Our friends and family had a great Father’s Day weekend at the lake house. We spent our days hanging out on the dock, boating, and tubing. The dock is a short walk from the house. There was room for my 24ft boat and 2 sea doos. It’s back in a cove so really didn’t have to worry about other boats throwing wake while ours were tied up. Everyone was looking forward to playing pool in the evenings but there was such a large selection of board and card games to play that the pool table never even got used! The owner was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly when we had any questions. Thanks again, hope to visit again soon.

We stayed during a Soccer tournament weekend and we will definitely be back! This was a beautiful property and so much space inside. Everything we could have needed was there and so much more. The owners were extremely attentive during our stay if we needed information quickly. We are in the area a lot for travel soccer tournaments and will definitely be coming back to the property!
