There is also another separate bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. A baby crib and a child seat are also available.



From the living room you can access a terrace, where you will find a swimming pool with a sun deck. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace where you can prepare a variety of meat and fish dishes. Opposite the property is another plot of the owner, which is also available to guests. There is a parking lot and various facilities for children's play and entertainment.



You can also find bicycles here and we recommend cycling in the surrounding villages and towns with beautiful unspoiled nature. The first beaches are in Barbariga, Bale and Rovinj. This is an ideal starting point for trips in all directions of Istria.
