Sleeping up to 20 guests, the property features a hot tub, oversized game room, multiple gathering spaces, direct lake access, a private floating dock, kayaks, paddleboards, and a boat well. It's the perfect setting for family vacations, celebrations, fishing trips, and weekends at the lake.

-Guests have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, living areas, game room, kitchen, hot tub, backyard, and direct lake access.
-The boat well is also available for guest use (seasonal use may apply).
-Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
-Locked closets and storage areas are reserved for owner use.

- Direct water access and boat well available (seasonal use may apply).
- Children must be supervised near the water at all times.
- Bayside Brick is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Observe speed limit and quiet hours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please do so away from the home and dispose of materials properly. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees.
- No pets.
- Exterior security cameras are present for safety and property monitoring. No cameras are located inside the home.
