Family Home | Sleeps 8 | Walk to K-State

The perfect home base for family getaways and sports weekends. This spacious 3BR sleeps 8 with room to spread out — featuring a game room with foosball, a dedicated play area for little ones, and a second living room so everyone has their own space. Outside, gather around the firepit or break out the yard games. All just a short walk to the K-State Sports Complex. Book it for the whole crew.

Guests will be sent a door code the day prior to check in.

While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
Guests are to obey quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00AM.

No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for on reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.

No smoking/vaping/marijuana inside the unit or building. You may smoke outside on the patio.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.
