Take a look at this cozy oceanview studio located on the 10th floor of the Sand Dunes Resort. Featuring one queen bed and one full sized bed, this charming condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests and offers a relaxed space to unwind after a day by the beach.

The condo includes a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave, perfect for quick snacks, easy meals, or keeping drinks and beach-day essentials on hand. If you prefer dining out, Myrtle Beach is filled with great restaurants just a short drive or walk away, and many offer delivery for added convenience.

The private bathroom features a vanity sink with ample storage, a mirror, a shower and tub combination, and a toilet. Bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are all provided for your stay. You will also find starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion to help you settle in right away.

The main living space is designed for comfort and simplicity. Two cozy beds, one queen and one full, are positioned in front of a dresser with a wall mounted flat screen TV above, making it easy to relax and enjoy your favorite shows. A small dining table with seating for two sits in the corner, perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal. Natural light fills the room through the sliding glass door, which leads out to your private oceanview balcony. Step outside, take in the fresh coastal air, and enjoy the view from your own peaceful retreat.

Please note that this is a non smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violation may result in fines starting at $150. The resort also does not allow motorcycles or pets. Additionally, the kiddie water park located behind the resort is privately owned and access is restricted to its guests.

Sand Dunes also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit.
