3 bedroom gorgeous home in Neukloster

A wonderful holiday home with an antique and rustic design.



You enter the completely renovated and tastefully refurnished house from the turn of the 19th century through the veranda, which is also the dining room of the nearby kitchen. Passing the kitchen, you enter the spacious bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. The living room and a bedroom are located on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another closed bedroom and a room with bunk beds and access to the roof terrace, which can also be reached from outside. Most of the rooms have wooden floorboards, yet this property also features wonderful chequerboard tiles for contrasting elegance in the entrance hall and large stone surfaces in the modern bathroom. This house offers you a homely and cosy flair and has a strikingly warm and natural feel. In addition to the veranda, there is an outdoor terrace and 5200 square metres of natural, usable land with old fruit trees and a garden pond. During quiet moments, hares, deer and hedgehogs come into the garden and can be observed. Here you can really feel at home and spend a pleasant time in Germany.

The village is located in the east of the district of Nordwestmecklenburg in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern on the edge of the Sternberg lake district. The proximity to the cities of Wismar and Schwerin offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Cycling, hiking or relaxing on the nearby Baltic Sea, day trips to Rostock or Warnemünde are all within easy reach. In just 2 km you can reach a wonderful lake for swimming and strolling, as well as restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Das Haus war groß, geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider waren keine Lappen, Tabs, etc, kein Salz, kein öl, oder ähnliches vorhanden , das war etwas merkwürdig. Bad und Böden hätten ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch die Umgebung und die Nähe zu Strand und Städten war perfekt!

Garten mit viel Bewegungsfreiheit - praktisch und angenehm rundum - Highlight: Terrasse ist auch an kühlen Sommerabenden gut geeignet - auf den Fotos ist nicht erkennbar, wie steil die Treppe ins OG ist - nicht besonders sauber - Holpriger Star (zeitlicher Reihenfolge): Ankunft im Objekt Ankunftstermin Warten vor dem Haus auf den Schlüssel Hausservice trifft ein Reinigung des Hauses Schlüsselübergabe

Idyllisches Grundstück mit liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großzügigen Garten. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Die Fahrräder sollte man aber auf Grund der Abgeschiedenheit nicht vergessen ;)
