Rundum wohl gefühlt

Super Aufenthalt in Bad Ems

Schöne große Fewo mit einer Ausstattung bei der nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Ortsrand, so dass man schnell zu Unternehmungen in der Gegend starten kann. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich gleich gegenüber. Selbst das Zentrum von Bad Ems kann man in 10-15 Minuten Fußweg erreichen. Auf jeden Fall war es ein schöner Aufenthalt hier.

Leider totaler Reinfall...

Diese Ferienwohnung ist für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Das liegt primär daran, dass die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss unmittelbar an eine sehr stark gefahrene Hauptverkehrsstraße angrenzt.Von morgens ca.6 Uhr geht der massive Verkehrslärm los und hält bis spät abends an.Selbst in den hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmern ist der Lärm gut zu hören. Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung zwei Innentüren direkt zum Vermieter, durch die dieser theoretisch jederzeit unangemeldet plötzlich die Wohnung betreten könnte.Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt und ließe sich leicht durch Herausnahme dieser Türen beheben. Ausserdem herrscht in der Wohnung vermutlich eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, so waren z.B.unsere Handtücher trotz ständig getippter Fenster ständig nass. Der Wasserkocher in der Küche hat anscheinend noch nie ein Entkalkungsmittel gesehen ( starker Kalkansatz bis zur halben Höhe).Der Parkplatz ist schwer zu erreichen und ließ sich nur für einen Tag nutzen. Danach versperrte der Nachbar durch sein in der Einfahrt geparktes Auto die Zufahrt. Die Nachbarn machen vor ihrer Haustür ganztägig eine,, Raucherecke " (incl. Sitzkissen!); diese liegt direkt an den Schlafzimmerfenstern der Ferienwohnung mit entsprechender Qualmbelastung .Als wir diese Punkte am Abreisetag beim Vermieter ansprachen, reagierte er kurz angebunden und beendete abrupt das Gespräch. Von Zuhören und Kritikfähigkeit leider keinerlei Spur. Dieser Urlaub entpuppte sich für uns als totaler Reinfall. Schade.

Entspannter Wanderurlaub

Unseren Urlaub bei Kaiserwetter haben wir gemeinsam mit Freunden in der gut eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. In einem Netto Markt direkt in der Nähe konnten wir uns mit allem versorgen. Der aufmerksame und nette Vermieter war sehr entgegen kommend und hatte auf Nachfrage gute Tipps für uns.
