Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Woodstove is not for guest use without prior permission from host, if used there will be an additional fee charged of $50 for cleaning and liability
Late checkout up to 1 hr may be allowed with 24 hour advance notice to host with a $50 fee per 30 minutes. No notice late checkout will incur $100 fee
No dogs on top deck, preferably no dogs upstairs due to spiral staircase - allow at your own risk. Dog waste pickup required outside, bags provided.

This was the perfect spot for our group to rest and relax while traveling along the Oregon coast! It was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and kind. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a very quick walk to restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!!

What an excellent location! Truly a relaxed, easy stay. SO close to the beach, food, groceries and activities, all walkable in less than 5-10 minutes, The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, the living room and two porches give everyone a place to relax. It was perfect for our family of four, although be aware that the room with the amazing multiple beds is at the top of the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the main floor has the washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. It was fine for us but would have been difficult if we had small kids. This feels like the kind of place we would want to come back to over and over again. Absolutely recommend!!

I cannot praise this property highly enough. The owners were easy to contact when needed, everything was immaculate, and they even had coloring supplies for kids and dog toys and a bed. My kids loved the spiral staircase, and were the most entertained all week that I’ve seen them in a long time without screens. I’m so grateful! It was a little bit of heaven.
