This spacious, single-story holiday home is located in a quiet, central spot in the second row, a 2-minute walk from the fine sandy beach, between the piers of the three imperial seaside resorts: Seebad Heringsdorf and Seebad Bansin. Accommodating up to four people, this holiday rental offers high-quality amenities and superior comfort, meeting the standards of a four-star rating. Two additional sleeping spots in the living room (for guests and visitors—registration required) do not have blackout curtains. All windows have insect screens, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea even while you sleep.

However, the property is not fully accessible without steps and is therefore not wheelchair-accessible. The unit is not equipped or laid out to accommodate guests with disabilities; for example, the path to the terrace leads over a step, and there are no grab bars in the bathroom. We recommend staying here only with a companion.
