The Space:

The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and chef’s kitchen, creating an inviting space for both relaxing and entertaining. Oversized glass doors open directly to the pool deck, blurring indoor and outdoor living. The first level features two spacious guest bedrooms with three full baths, while the upper level is dedicated to a stunning primary suite complete with a walk-in closet, private balcony, and a spa-inspired bathroom with soaking tub and sauna.



Outdoors, enjoy a true resort-style experience with a heated pool, expansive deck, and multiple lounge areas designed for entertaining. The private dock offers direct water access—perfect for paddleboarding or simply enjoying tranquil views—while the sports court adds space for basketball or volleyball. The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a quiet and private enclave of Westhampton, this home offers a serene Hamptons setting surrounded by coastal nature and open water views. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, scenic marshlands, and easy access to outdoor activities like paddleboarding, biking, and beach days.



Just minutes away, the Village of Westhampton Beach offers charming boutiques, local cafés, and renowned dining, along with pristine ocean beaches perfect for relaxing or enjoying sunset strolls. This location blends tranquility and convenience, offering a true Hamptons lifestyle experience.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



The pool is open seasonally. It is professionally cleaned and chemically balanced weekly; however, as an open-air pool, natural debris between service visits is normal. A skimmer net is provided for your convenience, and our team is always happy to assist if needed.



Pool heating is available for an additional $75/night and is designed to maintain temperatures up to approximately 82–84°F under normal operating and weather conditions. Outdoor pool temperatures may vary based on weather, usage, and other external factors. While we make every effort to ensure the heater is functioning properly, pool heating cannot be guaranteed at a specific temperature at all times. In the unlikely event the heater is unavailable due to a mechanical or service issue, pool heating fees will be refunded. Utilities, including pool heating, are billed separately for stays over 14 nights.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Security deposit



Stays up to 13 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 14 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
