The final cleaning fee of 85 euros is to be paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over.

The great complex Los Angius II is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is only 800 meters to the beach. It is very calm. The Costa Blanca has up to 300 days of sunshine a year. There are wonderful beaches with crystal clear water. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, conservatory, kitchen, storage room and living room. Upstairs are a bathroom two bedrooms. The larger double bedroom has a balcony. With partial sea and pool views. There are supermarkets and many different restaurants nearby. The house was renovated in June 2021.

Relaxing stay

Lovely modernised and clean and well maintained house. Beach / pool chairs and parasol and towels provided made it ideal for lounging by the pool or a beach trip. The area is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. The pool area and pool were a stones throw away from the front door. Only down side if I had to search for one was a lack of outdoor seating area as it only has a small balcony on the first floor - enough for 2 chairs or 2 sun loungers, but the air con units share the space. Overall a lovely place to stay

Excellent Apartment With No Issues

This is a spacious modernised two-storey apartment, clean well-equipped, with gated/secure access and parking very close by and a good swimming pool (two meters deep at one end) just a few feet away, many of the guests in neighbouring apartments are British who visit every year, we could access English Netflix although no other TV

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Der Check -In verlief sehr gut durch Tina die uns die uns die Schlüssel übergab.Eine sehr schöne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind mehr als gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Vom 2 Schlafzimmer konnte man die Anlage sehr gut überblicken wir haben hier jeden Abend genossen. Wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Ralf und Karin bedanken die sehr herzlich sind.

Gut ausgestattet und man am Strand

es war wunderschön, der Pool ist groß und sauber. auch der Stand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. in der Wohnung gibt es alles was man für den Pool oder den Strandbesuch braucht. die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann für 4 Personen kochen. in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Möglichkeiten zu essen und einzukaufen.

Het huisje was voldoende ingericht, alleen is het niet geschikt voor de winter maanden, geen ruimte om buiten te zitten je moet altijd een plek zoeken om in de zon te kunnen zitten. Er bestaat geen mogelijkheid om op een terras te zitten. Heeft het huisje niet.

I had never received such a review. Incomprehensible as nothing was complained about during the stay. The latest pictures are advertised and everything is described in detail. I also said that if you want to enjoy the sun for longer, you can use the pool area. There are enough chairs in the closet for this. In addition, the bicycles we brought with us were left on our neighbors' terrace without asking. Although you can clearly see that it is a different apartment. That's why there was trouble with these owners. It's a shame that there are tenants who make things difficult for you.

De bonnes vacances !!!

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines chez Ralf, un séjour parfait. La maison a tout le confort souhaité, la description est conforme, nous avons apprécié tous les équipements, y compris les sièges de plage et les frites flottantes. Il suffit de descendre quelques marches pour profiter de la piscine. La résidence est calme, on dort bien, la literie est confortable. La maison est très proche de la plage de Cabo Roig accessible à pieds, de même que de nombreux bars, restaurants et commerces. Une spéciale dédicace aussi à Alejandro, l'agent immobilier (ou gérant) qui nous a installé avec courtoisie. Il a eu la gentillesse de me renvoyer ma bouteille isotherme oubliée le jour du départ. Nous vous recommandons la maison de Ralf pour des vacances confortables et ensoleillées. Isabelle et Arnaud
