Superb spot

We loved our stay in this beautiful finca. The gardens and pool were beautifully maintained and we very much enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location. Santanyi was literally a 5 minute drive away and we loved the market and local restaurants. We would love to return in the future.

Stunning villa!

We were totally blown away by the villa! The pool, grounds and building itself are stunning. Such an authentic feel. It’s incredibly relaxing and private. And a perfect location to explore gorgeous nearby bays. We loved it and wanted another week! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful finca

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We were four 30- something-year-old women and we enjoyed every moment! The pool and grounds are absolutely stunning. It’s a short drive from amazing beaches and a supermarket. Also the Saturday market in Santanyi was very cute. We did not want to leave. Our connect, Mark was very responsive and was generous enough to let us check in early and check out late because we overslept! The one thing I would advise is that the water seems high in minerals so bring extra conditioner if you are a lady! 10/10 would stay here again!

Einfach toll!

Das Haus ist wirklich mega toll! Wir haben Remote gearbeitet und hatten alles was wir brauchen. Die Lage ist top und würden immer wieder kommen!! Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kontakt sind super!

Einzigartige Finca mit wundervollem Aussenbereich

Wir sind bereits mehrere Male hier gewesen, da sowohl die Finca als auch der Außen-/Poolbereich wunderschön sind; nach Santanyi geht es (auch) fußläufig durch die Fincawege; schöne Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit unglaublicher Außenanlage

Unfassbar schönes Feriendomizil - der Außenbereich ist unfassbar schön! Alles top gepflegt. Mit der Übergabe mit dem Verwalter hat super geklappt und auch als wir ein Problem mit dem Wasser hatten (was nicht an dem Haus lag) war er sofort zur Stelle! Der Innenbereichen ist auch bestens ausgestattet, die Klimaanlagen auf dem neusten Stand, Küchenutensilien überdurchschnittlich für ein Ferienobjekt. Wir hätten uns legendlich gewünscht, wenn vorher in der Anzeige kommuniziert worden wäre, dass eines der Schlafzimmer als Durchgangszimmer zum anderen Schlafzimmer fungiert. Im besagten Durchgangs-Schlfzimmer war das Bett sehr sehr hart (ich schlafe normalerweise schon auf überdurchschnittlich harten Matratzen aber das war nochmal eine neue Erfahrung) - zudem knarzte das Bettgestell bei jeder minimalen Bewegung sehr, sodass selbst die Leute im Nachbarzimmer davon wach wurden. Ich denke mit einem neuen Lattenrost würden Sie den zukünftigen Gästen den Aufenthalt perfektionieren! Trotzdem sind 5 Sterne absolut gerechtfertigt - Lage, Preis , Ausstattung stimmen & sollen von den kleinen Widrigkeiten im besagten Schlafzimmer nicht geschmälert werden !

Die Unterkunft war so traumhaft, so dass wir direkt noch zwei weitere Male gebucht haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung war super nett und absolut unkompliziert und wir freuen uns schon auf den kommenden Aufenthalt!

schöne Zeit

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 4 Leute. Sowohl der Außenbereich mit Pool, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren das absolute Highlight. Auch viele Ausflugsziele sind von der Finca mit dem Auto recht schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief ohne Probelme, schnell und war sehr nett. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Finca mit wunderbaren Aussenbereich

Wir haben eine Woche in der Finca verbracht und uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum. Mitte Oktober konnten wir den tollen Pool noch nutzen und uns abends dann aber beim Kamin/Grill auf der überdachten Terasse warmhalten. Alles war super und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Finca mit traumhafter Aussenanlage

Ein geschmackvolles Anwesen ; die Aussenanlage ist perfekt mit vielen Sitzplätzen, die Vegetation Landes typisch und sehr gepflegt . Das Haus innen ist gemütlich und für einen Familienurlaub geeignet ( die Schlafzimmer gehen ineinander über. Negativ zu erwähnen: die Dunstabzugshaube , die so ungünstig hängt , dass wir uns alle drei Beulen geholt haben . Zweitens die fehlenden bzw.nicht mehr schließenden Fliegengitter .Das Wetter war sehr feucht und heiss , so dass wir entweder bei geschlossenen Fenstern vor uns hin schwitzen mussten oder/ und die Klimaanlage anschalten mussten ; sonst waren wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit komplett von Mücken zerstochen.

Wunderschöne Finca

Das Objekt ist etwas abseits gelegen in einer ruhigen Gegend. Santanyi ist jedoch fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Finca selbst ist sehr gut gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Santanyí

Die Korrespondenz mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm - es wurde schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Das Haus an sich ist schön, aber punktet vor allen Dingen mit dem Außenbereich. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der sehr saubere Pool sowie die BBQ-Area. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der netten Reinigungskraft empfangen und verabschiedet. Sie ist eine wirklich tolle Person!

Traumhafte Erholung

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück bietet absolute Privatsphäre und sehr viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Für Kinder gibt es immer etwas zu entdecken, sei es die Pflanzenwelt, die zahlreichen Brettspiele oder Utensilien für Sport und den Pool. Super Aufenthalt und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Herzlichen Dank, wir empfehlen die Villa uneingeschränkt.

Traumhafter Urlaub und einzigartiger Gastgeber

Wir haben eine Woche super tollen Urlaub in einer super schönen Finca verbracht und wollen noch gar nicht daran denken, gleich abzureisen. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Besitzer war super einfach und sehr sehr zuvorkommend. Wir könnten noch sehr viel tolles sagen aber zusammenfassend: Danke für eine tolle Woche! Wir kommen wieder!!

Très belle maison mais il y a un mais....

La maison est juste sublime, endroit, déco, piscine bref tout est beau.... Le gros problème est la personne en charge de réceptionner les vacanciers, cette personne n'est pas aimable du tout, limite agressive !!! De plus elle nous a demandé un supplément pour l'électricité ce que nous avons bien évidemment refusé (pas indiqué dans le contrat). Il ne vaut mieux pas aimer cuisiner, les ustensiles sont usés et pas très propres. La literie et les oreillers (il manquait des taies s'oreillers) sont fatigués... Bref, c'est vraiment dommage !! la prestation pourrait être parfaite mais pas avec cette agence. Nous avons l'impression que l'agence ne fait pas son travail, ne nettoie pas le logement et que le propriétaire qui habite loin n'est pas au courant... Pour résumer ça nous a un peu gâché nos vacances...

Wunderbare Finca in ruhiger Lage in der nahen Umgebung Santanyi

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Aufenthalt, wir würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder Buchen!!! Leider konnten wir den sehr sauberen und schönen Pool mit unseren Kindern nicht ausreichend nutzen (war ja noch nicht so warm :-)) aber alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer und Bäder waren für unsere kleine Familie perfekt. Negative Dinge können wir keine anbringen, es gab nix! Alles bestens und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!!!!! Wenn es mal wieder zu einer Zeit zu der wir nach Santanyi reisen frei sein sollte werden wir es sehr gerne erneut buchen. Grüße Familie Gölzer / Frankfurt am Main
