Welcome to the “Ferienhaus Seepferdchen”—with a wonderful 120 m² of living space, including a terrace and garden, you can enjoy relaxing days on Borkum here all year round. Just a short walk and you’re at the South Beach!

This very comfortable semi-detached house spans three floors. A living room with an open-concept kitchen, four separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms provide space for up to eight people. So it’s ideal for spending a Borkum holiday with the whole family or with friends!

After a bike ride or a day at the beach, you can relax in the cosy living room, which is equipped with a seating area, a hi-fi system with radio and CD player, and a modern flat-screen TV.

Or you can unwind on the terrace—basking in the sun and breathing in the fresh North Sea air! The “Ferienhaus Seepferdchen” features a spacious, furnished terrace with an adjoining garden. Here you can read a good book in peace, play with your children in the garden, or enjoy cosy barbecue evenings with the whole family.

Four separate bedrooms in the “Seepferdchen Holiday Home” on Borkum offer comfortable places to retreat. The attic features two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The 25 m² loft contains another bedroom with a double bed.

For convenient self-catering, the kitchen on the ground floor of the Borkum holiday home is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. An dining area adjoins the open kitchen.

A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, are also located on the ground floor of the holiday home.
An additional TV in the attic and free Wi-Fi provide further comfort. The same goes for the family-friendly amenities—including a high chair, toys, a stair gate, and a cot—which are part of the standard furnishings and can be used at no additional cost.

A free parking space is available right next to the house. The house is located in the blue zone.
There is a storage area for bicycles in the garden.
