Thanks to high-quality tile flooring, the holiday rental is also a relaxing getaway for people with allergies. <br><br>You’ll have plenty of opportunities to relax, especially on the wonderfully sunny south-facing balcony! From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rose garden. Feel free to use the electric grill for cosy barbecue evenings.<br><br>The apartment’s ideal layout—with two separate bedrooms (each featuring comfortable double beds) and a sleeper sofa for two in the living room—offers plenty of space for one or two families with children, for example. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. <br><br>The bright and open living-dining area, with access to the south-facing balcony and excellent kitchen amenities (including a microwave and dishwasher), allows you to cook comfortably even while on holiday and enjoy long evenings at the kitchen table or on the balcony with family and friends.
