Spacious penthouse apartment with a sunny south-facing balcony!<br><br>Look forward to your dream holiday in our exclusive "Luv" penthouse apartment (built in 2017) at the "Achterhus" on Juist!<br><br>This light-filled holiday apartment features two separate bedrooms, a south-facing balcony overlooking the sunny mudflats, a comfortable living/dining area, and a bathroom. Hardwood floors, indirect lighting, subtle colours, and high-quality furnishings create a very cosy atmosphere. <br><br>You can relax wonderfully in the open living area, which is equipped with, among other things, a large corner sofa and a modern TV (cable connection & Smart TV). Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the internet—of course, at no charge. <br><br>The integrated kitchen, complete with an electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, offers convenient options for self-catering. This makes cooking on holiday a real pleasure!<br><br>One of the two separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm; one can be pulled out to accommodate a third child). A small staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find a loft with a cosy double alcove for two additional guests (140 x 200 cm; please note: the narrow and steep ladder is only suitable for adults and older children—see photos—use at your own risk). <br><br>You’ll also find pleasant comfort in the elegant bathroom with a heated towel rack and walk-in shower! Feel free to use the washing machine and dryer. A hair dryer is provided as part of the standard furnishings.<br><br>Holiday time is relaxation time! Enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea from the large south-facing balcony of the “Luv” holiday apartment. Here, you can simply let your mind wander...<br><br>You can darken the skylights from the outside, ensuring the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer. Horse-drawn carriage rides along the beach, bike tours through the dune landscape, or leisurely walks guarantee you a wonderful, relaxing experience. <br><br>From the “Achterhus,” you can reach Juist’s beautiful sandy beach and the promenade in just a few minutes (about 6 minutes on foot, about 2 minutes by bike path). Numerous sports activities offer a nice change of pace from relaxing in a beach chair.<br><br>The idyllic town centre, with its cosy cafés, restaurants, and small shops, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.
