Borkum traumhaft - Wohnung. sehr ärgerlich!

1. Der mitgemietete Parkplatz ist nicht Eigentum des Anbieters sondern eines Nachbarn, der zufällig gerade selbst ohne KFZ vor Ort war und uns den Platz freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellt hat. 2. Fernseher war nach unendlicher Tüftelei benutzbar, aber nur 3 Programme und völlig verzerrtes Bild - also besser gar nicht fernsehen! 3. Das angebotene WLAN war nicht installiert. Im persönlichen Gespräch beim Info-point wurde meine Tel. Nr. aufgenommen, es werde sich umgehend ein Techniker melden und das in Ordnung bringen. - Der kam während meines zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts jedoch n i c h t. 4. Küchenhygiene ließ einiges zu wünschen übrig, ebenso die Sicherheitslage in Bezug auf die Elektro-Installation.

Die Wohnung ist nicht sauber gewesen, Tauwasser vom Kühlschrank lief bei Ankunft über den Holzboden, TV nur ARD, Couch defekt, Bad zu klein, Fliesen am Abfluss der Dusche fehlt. Die Arbeitsplatte / Tischplatte kleben. Für die Qualität der Wohnung ist sie entschieden zu teuer.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber …

Gut ausgebaute und isolierte Dachgeschosswohnung, die durch eine gut durchdachte Aufteilung positiv anmutet. Aber… ungepflegter Garten und eine Müllecke, die fast nicht zu begehen ist. Die Müll Entsorgung war überhaupt nicht organisiert, die Mülltonnen für Rest- und Biomüll quollen über! Das schmälert den Gesamteindruck sehr!

Es war alles, wie beschrieben. Leider gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit im Garten, der vorhanden, wie beschrieben zu verweilen. Die Dusche ist für korpulente Menschen nicht geeignet, da sie nicht in die Nasszelle kommen. ( unpraktische Schiebevorrichtung. Ein Duschvorhang wäre bei der Enge von Vorteil. Nicht für große Menschen geeignet, 1,80m +, da der Badbereich in der Schräge liegt. Der von der Agentur schriftlich übergebene Haustür und Zimmercode hatte Buchstaben und ein + notiert. Ohne die Mithilfe der Mieterin im UG wären wir nicht ins Haus gekommen. Unsere Bitte: Nicht jeder kennt sich mit diesem Verfahren aus. BITTE NUR DEN tatsächlichen Code notieren. Die Stufen zur Wohnung im DG sind sehr steil, eng und klein. Ansonsten ruhige Lage. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell am Strand. Lidl fußläufig in 2 min zu erreichen. Wir hatten erholsame Tage.
