With a game room, spacious outdoor kitchen, and room for everyone, this home is perfect for family trips, group escapes, and memorable lake days.

Our home was designed for gathering — with multiple inviting spaces both indoors and out to connect, relax, and make lasting memories.

Enjoy a morning mahjong game in the sunroom overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon lounging by the pool while grilling and catching the game, or head down to the dock to fish and take in the open-water views. There truly is something for everyone.

• Outdoor Kitchen – Wood-burning fireplace, ample seating, mounted TV, grill, smoker, heaters, fans, and lake views. Pool and spa are steps away.
• Bunk Room – 6 twin beds (additional mattresses available), Smart TV, two arcade machines (14 games each), stocked game closet.
• Main Living Room – Large Smart TV with Onkyo surround sound and Bluetooth music streaming.
• Sunroom – Couch, two heated recliners, Smart TV, card table with mahjong set, lake views.

- Pool & Spa
• Infinity-edge pool with lake views.
• Pool heating: $100 per night and must be heated for your entire stay.
• Spa heating: $10 per hour.
• Pool heats to 85°F; spa heats to 95°F.
• Heating requests must be submitted through the messaging app at least 48 hours prior to your stay.

- Kitchen & Coffee Bar
• Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, knives, slow cooker, blender, basic spices, and cooking spray.
• Olive oil not provided.
• Coffee maker supports full carafe or single cup (grounds or K-cup).
• Starter kit includes K-cups, ground coffee, filters, and creamers.

- Bedrooms
• Bedroom 1 – Downstairs Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bath with shower, double vanity, Smart TV, sunroom access (can be made private).
• Bedroom 2 – Downstairs: King bed, ensuite bath, built-in desk, Smart TV.
• Bedroom 3 – Upstairs: Queen bed, closet, access to upstairs bathroom (two full baths upstairs).
• Bedroom 4 – Upstairs: Queen bed, closet, access to upstairs bathroom (two full baths upstairs).
• Bedroom 5 – Upstairs: 3 twin bunk beds (additional mattresses available),

- Additional Information
• Starter cleaning supplies provided (trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels).
• Outdoor security cameras only (no indoor cameras).
• Watercraft not provided; guests may bring their own or rent locally.
• Toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and forgotten items kit.
• Property treated regularly for pests, but lake life includes insects and spiders.

Guest access
All areas are available to guest with the exception of:
2 owners closets clearly marked inside the home.

The upstairs storage closet on the dock.

The garage may be used by guest, but it is primarily used for maintenance items for the home.

Other things to note
Water Safety Notice:

While our home is wonderful for families, it is best suited for those with older children. The pool is not fenced, and there is no barrier between the home and the lake. For this reason, close supervision is essential at all times. In addition, we require our guests to sign a Lake and Waterfront waiver as well as a Pool Liability waiver. We want every guest to have a relaxing and safe stay, so please consider this carefully when booking.

Outdoor Environment Notice

As a lakefront property, our home is surrounded by nature. It’s normal to encounter insects and spiders in outdoor areas, as this is their natural environment. While we proactively treat the property and thoroughly clean outdoor spaces and furniture on a regular basis, occasional presence may still occur, including at the time of your arrival.

If you are particularly sensitive to this aspect of a natural setting, our home may not be the best fit for your stay.
