Très bien mais des améliorations....
L'appartement est très confortable et très bien situé.
Le quartier est très calme.
L'annonce manque de précision. En effet le salon et la grande terrasse sont sur le toit donc accessibles par l'escalier que l'on voit sur les photos.
D'autre part la procédure d'entrée et de départ doivent être améliorée. Elle se fait par des codes d'accès qui permettent d'entrée dans l'immeuble et obtenir les clés de l'appartement ce qui est très bien. Mais l'hôte ne vous informe en rien de cette procédure. Ses réponses sont toujours imprécises pas claires et longue à obtenir. Je conseillerai à l'hôte, de communiquer les codes d'accès aux vacanciers dès que la dernière échéance est payée.
Sinon très bel appartement, très confortable et très bien situé dans un environnement très calme.
