Terrace, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Gaillan-en-Médoc" 9 km, sandy beach "Montalivet" 12 km, bathing lake "Hourtin-Port" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Hourtin 12 km, Soulac 25 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo) extra). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Häuschen im Wald

Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, und sehr abgelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung keine. Positiv sind Poolund Garten. Erreichbarkeit und Betreuung durch die Concierge sehr zufriedenstellend.

Ein sehr ruhiger Ortsteil von Vendays. Das Haus hat einen großen, umzäunten Garten, indem unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend.
