WELCOME to the “Heimatglück” holiday rental!<br><br>In the beautiful Dahme Lake District, in the Senzig area of Königs Wusterhausen, you’ll find an approximately 100-square-meter holiday apartment in a Baroque-Mediterranean-style townhouse built in 2021.<br>The rustic, lovingly furnished apartment is designed to delight you year-round—regardless of the season—with its extensive amenities (including air conditioning and a fireplace).<br>An open-concept high-tech kitchen with a cooking island and dining area flows seamlessly into the cosy living area featuring a 75-inch TV, where the spacious, old-world character with loft charm is beautifully accentuated by a ceiling height of 3.10 metres, as well as the exposed roof beams. From the living area, you have direct access to the approximately 20-square-meter sun terrace/balcony with an optimal southwest orientation, which invites you to enjoy romantic sunsets outdoors.<br>Parking spaces, one of which is covered and located directly in front of the entrance door, are available in the courtyard of the private property.<br>You’ll receive a discount for stays of 7 nights or more.     Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es mangelt nicht an moderner Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der "Hausfee" war sehr herzlich. Sie war immer ansprechbar und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Für einen Familien- oder Aktivurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

    Wir waren sehr angetan vom gesamten Objekt, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Haus steht in einer wunderbaren Waldsiedlung in der Nähe zum See (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß).Die Vermieter sind sehr nett auch die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert.
