Relax with the whole family at Cove Sweet Cove. Enjoy DOUBLE LAKE views off the front or back patios. Spread out and enjoy this adorable newer built cottage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a bunk room for the kids! Located on Tim's Ford Lake in Winchester, TN. Close to the TVA dam, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Twin Creeks Mariana, State Parks, Golf Courses, Restaurant's and more! Enjoy the private dock, peaceful fire-pit, and quiet cul-de-sac. Great for girls weekends too!

The place:
You’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the entire home. The house is a tri-level layout with bedrooms located on both the top and bottom floors, and each bedroom features its own private bathroom for convenience. The main entry level includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for gathering and spending time together. You can access the dock from the bottom level, making it easy to head outdoors and enjoy the water whenever you like. Winter Pool is dry behind the house. Check water levels on TVA if you plan to bring your boat. Kayaks Provided.

Other things to note:
Please not that the home is not suited for crawlers and small children. There are 3 levels with adequate stairs. Additionally the home is most comfortable for 8 people, 6 Adult and 2 children. There is a couch in the bunk room with a pull out trundle for 1 additional child. It would be tight to have adults sleep in the bunk room. We do NOT allow animals, smoking, or parties.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please insure Kayaks are racked properly upside down and vest hung or tucked in Kayaks. This helps keeps them nice and ready for others to use. Orange Kayaks can be left upside down on ground. Thanks
Please bag all trash from fridge and dispose of bag in outside trashcan in the corral.
Please let soiled towels over tubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PARKING: The house can accommodate 3 vehicles with its long driveway. However the driveway is single file and steep. Parking on grass is not allowed.
NO PETS. If animals are found inside the home during your stay there is a $999 deep cleaning fee implemented. Also immediate eviction. No refunds.
Smoking is prohibited inside and on the balconies. Smoking is allowed only at the fire pit. Cigarette/Cigars lefton fire pit will incur a $100 fee.

I live in the Nashville area with my husband of 20 years and our 4 teenagers. We love getting away to the lake for a quite weekend away or heading south to the white sand beaches!

Why they chose this property

This quite neighborhood is the perfect getaway. The lake views are beautiful from every porch. My favorite is the evening sunset walks down the culdesac. Many deer stroll through woods and its not unusual to see 10 at a time.
