The apartment features a spacious king bed in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds in a futon-style trundle configuration, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A custom built workspace makes the home ideal for remote work.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the cozy living room offers a leather couch, a 75” Smart TV, and an electric fireplace, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring Austin.
Located on the second floor with a private entrance, the apartment provides guests with a comfortable and private stay in a quiet and secluded neighborhood while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Guests have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway, with additional street parking available if needed.

• Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Pets live on the property in the main house, and this is a pet-friendly home. The apartment features a separate entrance, a completely separate living space, and its own A/C unit and ventilation system.

Quiet Hours
• Please respect the quiet residential neighborhood.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed.

Respect for Tenants
The apartment is attached to a larger home where long-term tenants reside. Please be respectful of shared spaces such as the driveway and maintain a considerate noise level.

Parking
• Two dedicated parking spaces are available in the driveway at the front of the house.
• Additional street parking is available outside the property if needed.
• Please do not block other vehicles or access points.
Pets

Pets are welcome. Fee $150. May vary for long term stays.
• Pets must be included in the reservation.
• Please clean up after your pet and keep pets off furniture when possible.

No Smoking
• No smoking or vaping inside the apartment.
• A cleaning fee may be charged if smoke odor is detected.

Stairs
The apartment is located on the second floor and requires a set of stairs to access.

Property Access
Guests have access to the apartment only. All other areas of the property are not accessible to guests.

Check in/ Checkout
Check in is 4:00 pm and checkout time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved. Please follow the checkout instructions provided before departure.
Early check in and check out fees will apply.

Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages to the property during their stay.
