With 4-bedrooms, a relaxing living area, bonus room, massive deck, and even office space, you will have everything you need for an incredible week. Sleeps up to 12. The primary bedroom features an adjustable king bed on the main level. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. Flat panel televisions included in the living room, bonus room, and all bedrooms, Offers plenty of space for entertainment and guests.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, double oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, and gas range with hood. Also includes a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and all the pots, pans, and tools to prepare any meal, large or small.

The superb vintage sunken living room offers a giant L-shaped recliner sofa with 3 motorized reclining seats. The upstairs bonus room invites guests to watch the tournament or a good movie and unwind for the evening on two sofa beds (one queen, one double) and a murphy bed, perfect for extra visitors. Three independent units for climate control keeps the house cozy year-round.

The dining room seats up to 6 guests at the marble dining table and 3 at at the kitchen counter with bar seating. Take the dining outside to the massive backyard deck that spans the entire length of the house. Seat up to 12 at two tables (with umbrellas) and another 4 rocking chairs. Enjoy a serene wooded back yard that is surprisingly deep, quiet, and private.

The circular driveway makes driving in and out safe and easy. Leave the house, and just two roundabouts later, you are at the course!

After retiring from the Army, we founded a consulting company to help leaders connect with and work effectively with their people. After 10 years in business, we were called into full-time ministry, which keeps us on the road. With a home so close to Augusta National, we thought it would be a great opportunity for someone who might want the once-in-a-lifetime experience that is the Masters Golf Tournament.

We chose this home and this neighborhood because it was unexpectedly quiet and convenient to everything we needed. This is an older home, and we thought some of its features were especially charming and quirky, as well as warm and inviting. We think you will agree.

What makes this property unique

This property is the only one of it's kind on this stretch of road and in the neighborhood. The windows and high great room ceiling give a dramatic effect, and the black paint white simple white window frames draws the eyes of everyone who passes. You just can't miss this house!
