The first city in the newly firmed First State, Wilmington and the entire Brandywine Region is an experience in the history of the DuPont legacy and American freedom with a historic legacy dating back to the 1700s.

There are all kinds of public transportation and ride sharing companies nearby including Dart (bus), Amtrak and Septa. 25 mins by car to Philadelphia Airport (PHL). 1 1/2 hours to BWI and EWR any 2 hours to both NYC and DC by car. The Riverwalk is 5 minutes away and Trolley Sq. 1 mi. or 5 min Uber ride. 1 min walk to Market St. and all Restaurants

Stays of 28 days or more are required to have a cleaning, billed $120 or less, by day 21 (day 10 if with pets). This is not billed in advance, and will be charged to the guest at the time of cleaning.

The whole house must only be used for private/residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 8.

Whether providing a ‘personal’ service or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity and will prosecute if this is ignored. If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay, we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.

No parties or functions should be held in the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring apartments. Quit hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM

Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke outside a good distance away from the interior, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully.

You must leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.

Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toasters, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.

We are dog-friendly, but we require information in order to approve or decline a stay request. Please inquire directly about pets.

Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.

Visitors are allowed, however, we ask that you limit it to 4 people, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 11 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $30 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.

If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.

Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Also, do turn off the taps and bulb when not in use.

To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.
To maintain the integrity of the home, if booking for longer than 3 weeks, bi-weekly/midstay cleaning(s) may be required and paid for by the guest. This will be scheduled and communicated via the app.

Using coasters on any wooden surface is required. A lot of the pieces are antique, please help us protect them.

This is a peaceful area, any activities that blatantly disturb or disrespect the neighbors or community are strictly prohibited.

Out of respect for the neighborhood, a maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed. No trailers, campers or commercial vehicles allowed. Please communicate if work vehicles will be present.

No flushing of wipes/hygiene products. Only the flushing of TP/waste is permitted. Cost of repair may be billed to the guest(s) if caused due to flushing inappropriate items during reservation.
