Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees and/or loss of deposit.
Please do not move or rearrange furniture. Thermostats to go no lower than 70 in Summer for system efficiency. No higher than 66 in Winter.
Must be 18 to operate Golf Cart. No more than 6 passengers. Exterior cameras are recording at all times for safety and security.
