The holiday home Nordwest is situated on a 580 square metre plot and offers you and your family space to move and play in a traffic-calmed location.
The holiday home has approx. 110 square metres of feel-good space. On the ground floor (approx. 65 square metres) you will find a modern living and kitchen area. The corner sofa and other seating with flatscreen TV invite you to relax. The fireplace provides cosy warmth in the cooler seasons. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. The "vintage room" on the ground floor offers a 1.80 m wide double bed with access to one of the two terraces and ensures a relaxing night's sleep. You will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom with shower and WC. You will find space for your utensils in the storage room. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 2 metre wide double bed, a children's room with 2 single beds (0.90 m wide) and the guest bathroom/WC. A mobile cot and a high chair are available, but do not have to be booked additionally. Important note: Please note that charging your electric car via the house electricity is not included in the rental price, as the technical requirements are not met.
The holiday home is detached and has a parking space for 2 vehicles. The spacious, enclosed outdoor area with barbecue and 2 terraces invites you to socialise and barbecue. The garden furniture is modern and ample so that additional guests can be invited.
The grounds are largely fenced in and bordered by a hedge. A mobile fence helps dog owners to control (hyper)active four-legged friends.
The Northwest holiday home offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. Our Sonnenblick holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity and can also accommodate a maximum of 6 people, allowing friends and family to spend their holiday in close proximity.

Leisure facilities are available even in moderate weather conditions. The bicycle hire shops in Neßmersiel ensure agility and mobility.
