Overall the place was very spacious. It’s a gorgeous property, great for larger families/groups. Mostly clean with towels in each room as well. We had no issues with deliveries though it’s a bit hard to find at night so keep that in mind.Key thing you should know is that the heating of the pool and the spa are controlled by the owner, so you have to schedule when these turn on. (They charge you an hefty extra fee for pool heating and spa so be warned!) speaking of the pool, be warned that the lights do not look like the pictures! We got one blinking red light for the pool so night swimming was not as fun. If you do book this property, prepare to bring lights!I wish I could say the communication with the host was flawless, when checking in they kept a great cadence of messaging. However in the middle of the night the internet shut off instead of troubleshooting with me, they instantly accused me of unplugging all their devices and threatened to charge me. I even sent them proof with their mesh system plugged in that the internet being down is on them not us. When asking about the pool lights they seemed to dodge the questions around how the lights do NOT look like the pictures and seemed to only respond when it came to matters of the household. I really REALLY wanted to like this booking, but my honest review as the person BOOKING considering the additional fees as well as very spotty communication, made me enjoy this booking much less. I can only muster up a 3/5.

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed by this review and would like to clarify a few inaccuracies. During this stay, several of our property monitoring devices were disconnected. When we contacted the guest regarding this issue, the devices came back online shortly afterward. Our concerns were related to the disconnected equipment, not simply an internet outage. The pool lighting system is fully operational and was confirmed to be working following this stay. Pool and spa heating are optional services, with fees disclosed in advance. We take pride in maintaining our property and providing excellent guest experiences. We believe this review was influenced by our addressing the disconnected monitoring equipment rather than being an accurate reflection of the property or our management.
