When we arrived at the house it seemed clean, after walking the property I noticedthe pool was very dirty and had dead spiders and roaches floating in the pool. At around 10pm we decided to go to bed and found that ALL the sheets had NOT been changed from the previous people staying. There was sand and black dirty all over the sheets. We had to remove the sheets and the find clean ones to lay on. We dif not sleep well! I left two message with the owner and received a call at 9am the next morning. John was very apologetic and had the pool cleaning around 10am that morning. There was no help with cleaning the home, we had to wash all the sheets ourselves. My wife sweep the home and the floors were covered in sand and dog hair from the previous people. The bathrooms were dirty, lady's hair on the shower walls, fruit flys in all the bathroomsTo say that our stay was perfect would not be true. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and it did not start out very good. We made the best of a bad situation.... I do hope the next people that stay at this location do not experience the same as we did.
