The possibilities are endless in this beautiful three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath penthouse unit in Pinnacle Port. With all of the onsite amenities and the pristine gulf water at your fingertips, the serenity abounds! You and your family will enjoy everything Pinnacle Port has to offer during your stay. From the moment you walk into PH#31 you are greeted with the open-concept great room, which encompasses your spacious living room (with a queen sleeper sofa), dining area, fully appointed kitchen and laundry room. Once you enter the room you are immediately drawn to the view off your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of America, and its pristine water. Right off the living room is the first of two (2) master bedrooms offering a wonderful king bed with its very own full three (3) piece ensuite bath. Once you head upstairs you are greeted by the second (2nd) master suite with another king bed and private ensuite full three (3) piece bathroom and private balcony offering views of Lake Powell and Carillon. You then have the third (3rd) full bath which leads to the spacious third bedroom with a king bed for maximum comfort.

Pinnacle Port offers multiple pools, his/her saunas, a fitness room, billiards room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, basketball court, BBQ facility, dedicated boat launch on Lake Powell, kayak & canoe storage, Brewed Awakenings 850 (Onsite coffee house), and Pinnacle Port Grill (Poolside at the tower).

The property as a whole is very clean and quite accommodating. All you need are your personal items, clothes, and food. Everything else is furnished. Views of beach and bayside along with easy access to both. Location is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Perfect place to stay!
