Four Seasons / 701W is an excellent condo! The living room furniture is very comfortable and layout is excellent for two couples. Both King Size beds were very comfortable. I was amazed at the kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware, cooking ware, etc. very well furnished! Can’t go wrong when booking at this condo!

Great stay Parking lot was very tight and partially closed off for repairs to the eleavator making it hard to park or get through unit was nice balcony and pier nice as well

Beautiful place and the peir was really helpful to stay cool in the beach. The only down side was the a/c had a hard time keeping up with during the heat if the day but we were able to get it cool enough to sleep just fine. We like it really cold so it’s not a mark against this stay. The people were friendly and the condo was perfectly furnished with everything we needed for our trip. We will stay here again in the future.

Everything was great and we had a wonderful time at this location. The beach view was just what we were looking for. Condo was clean, although noticed that floors while walking with my socks on, the floors were dirty. But also understand "we are at the beach"! Then unfortunately on our last night, the elevator broke down. But, maintainance was on it. They were also kind enough to ask if we wanted to move to another room. All in all a wonderful stay! Would stay again.
