Situated in a quiet neighborhood, your two-bedroom with loft townhome was recently updated with new flooring and paint and boasts vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes. There’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the large, brand-new dining room table and the new living room sectional and recliner. Step out on the furnished balcony amongst the trees for fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The location was superb, being right on the lake. We loved having to pool and hot tub overlooking the water. The house itself was clean, things were in good condition, and we had pretty much everything we needed. We did use the oven one night and there was no potholder, and it would have been nice to have a washer and dryer, but those didn't ruin our experience. The house was great and we will visit again.

Comfortable house for ski vacation

We enjoyed a cozy house in a nice community for our ski trip. The proximity to Heavenly and dining options was a big draw, plus the proximity to the lake. We enjoyed the open living room and dining table area. The beds were comfortable. The shower heads are very low, so you'll have to squat down on tired legs after a long day of skiing to wash your hair. Otherwise, the unit was exactly as presented (aside from a mechanical issue with the front doorknob that I reported to the owner).
