An open-concept floor plan makes the well-equipped chef’s kitchen a delight to cook in. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge, and there's ample counter space for meal prep.



Choose from three dining areas: the roomy two-person kitchen bar, the six-person breakfast nook, or an elegant dining room for six.



BEDROOMS & BATHS



Your two-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.



Downstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The spa-like master bathroom has two modern sinks and a walk-in rain shower with multiple showerheads.

A group of us came during Sundance. House was wonderful. Perfect location. Only complaint was the basement where the bedrooms are got very cold but they provided ample space heaters and then we were ok. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great location for easy, quick lift access.Tons of food and shopping just a short walk away. Very spacious and clean. Read the description closely as trucks will not fit in the garage. I missed that part and had to pay 50 a day to park. I highly recommend this condo and will be staying here again in my next visit.

Our recent stay at this condo was very enjoyable. The best feature is it's proximity to downtown. The size was perfect for our group of 5. Better details of amenities and things like paper goods provided is needed. Suggestions for things like dining, shopping, gear rental and other services would be helpful. Needs to be updated and carpet replaced.

We all loved this property. It was very inviting and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out. The location was outstanding for walks into Park City for the restaurants and shopping. The cute picnic table area was nice for relaxing with a cocktail. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. We had never been there in the Summer before, so the ski lift for sight seeing was a treat. We would definitely go back and rent again!

Amazing stay and excellent location!

This home was wonderful. It had all of the basic amenities, was extremely clean, and an excellent location. Very easy to ride Park City with Town loft about a 2 minute walk away and very easy to get to Deer Valley via the bus stop also about 2 minutes away. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Park City and would recommend to others. My only suggestion would be to inquire with the company on how to actually get to the unit. It's a little complicated but we eventually figured it out.

Nice place, great location

Nice property, lots of space to spread out. I feel that the only thing that might be an improvement is to remove some of the decorations and pictures. I felt it was a little too cluttered and dusty. Also, it's very cold in the bedrooms and the space heaters felt old and smelled like they were burning.

Cute place in a gray location. Very clean, comfortable beds and very nicely decorated. I just wish the air conditioner worked. Heads up if you are traveling in the summer, the listing says it has air conditioning but it’s either broken or it doesn’t actually have AC. Only one ceiling fan located in the master bedroom and most of the windows don’t open and if they do they are no screens. Got up to 80 degrees inside even at night. But otherwise very nice place within walking distance to everything.

Wow. What a wonderful location. Extremely close to the town lift where we hired our ski equipment on the bridge and headed directly up on the lift to explore the rest of the mountain. In the afternoon when the town lift was slow coming back due to the amount of people returning we’d use the free red or yellow shuttle bus as the stop was within 10metres of the house. And in the evening it was great as a quick short walk and we were on Main Street with so many dinner choices. Highly recommend this home

Sweet and Quiet!

Lots of art and comfy places to sit. Kitchen well equipped. Wish there were more spices and staples left there! Glad to have a parking space in the garage! Very well located right next to the town lift and a block from Main Street!
