BRAND NEW: Villa Piteras Golf | Jacuzzi & Sea View

This new villa is situated in a central but quiet location close to the golf course in Costa Teguise. It is a place where you can relax and still be within walking distance of numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping. In about 12-15 minutes by foot you can reach the beautiful sandy beach Playa de las Cucharas or the beach Playa del Jablillo, which is ideal for families with children or for snorkelling. The villa is a 12-minute drive from Arrecife airport.

The modern villa, which extends over two floors, impresses with its cosiness, luxury and comfort. Three stylishly furnished bedrooms and three bathrooms in upscale furnishings give you the opportunity to enjoy privacy even as a group. A spacious living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen lead to a wonderfully landscaped outdoor area with a terrace, barbecue facilities and a luxurious whirlpool with sea view. Highlights include a fantastic balcony with sun loungers, seating area and breathtaking sea views, inviting you to sunbathe and linger.
There are currently two smart TVs with all international channels and pay TV channels in the living area and a master bedroom. Whether sports, movies or series, there is something for everyone. High-speed internet and WLAN (measured: 449 Mbit/s) are available throughout the indoor and outdoor areas.
The villa has been individually furnished according to our ideas for couples, families or groups with a lot of love. We cordially invite you to forget about time and recharge your batteries.

Good but could be better.

Lovely, spacious, modern villa. Some Facilities listed on Vrbo were misleading and more information is required in order for visitors to arrive prepared.

We are very sorry to hear that. Our standards are 5 star ratings. The missing information regarding towel use in the outdoor area/beach, number of towels, Jacuzzi and iron can be found in the advertisement. Let us comment as follows to be more specific. 1) Our advertisement states that towels may only be used indoors and not outdoors. Please also have a look at our house rules on VRBO. Regardless, you can buy large beach towels around the corner for under 10€. 2) There is a high quality hot tub/jacuzzi and it is described as such. There is no other pool and it is not talked about. 3) We have a travel iron. Incidentally, this was introduced in all clothing shops during COVID because it is considered much more hygienic than standard conventional irons. Regardless, we will buy a conventional one for the future. Thank you for your hint. Best regards Villa Piteras Golf

We had the most amazing stay at Christopher's fabulous villa. Though we knew it looked incredible in the photos, the reality exceeded our already high expectations. The villa is spacious and flows really well with the lovely upper terrace being a sun trap, while the lower one is perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying the jacuzzi.It is spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and well-equipped. It was perfect for us three adults, but can easily accommodate three couples.Some people have marked the villa down for location, perhaps because it’s 15-20mins walk from the centre, but for us this was a bonus. It’s quieter and in a more pleasant environment and the walk into town is straightforward and good for burning off a few calories. Taxis back should you wish are just 5-6.We will definitely book again next time we’re in Lanzarote.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, dass es mehr als ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr gibt. Das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es war immer wieder schön nach Ausflügen in ein wohliges zu Hause auf Zeit zurückzukehren. Genossen haben wir auch den Whirlpool und die beiden Terrassen. Bei Problemen mit dem Fernseher wurde sehr schnell geholfen, so dass auch der EM gefolgt werden konnte. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ohne Probleme fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt viele kleine Parks, durch die man abkürzen kann. Aber natürlich benötigt man ein Auto, um die Insel und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Dafür ist direkt auf dem Gelände der Villa ein sicherer Abstellplatz vorhanden, sowie direkt vor der Haustür mehrere Stellflächen. Wir können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei Christopher für die schöne Zeit und einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem unheimlich gemütlichen Ambiente.

Das Haus ist sehr modern und neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, starker Duschstrahl und sehr komfortable Matratzen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und neuwertig. Minuspunkte sind leider der Funkmast genau gegenüber (50m erntfernt) und der mangelhafte Service/ fehlende regelmäßige, fachmännische Kontrolle des Whirlpool Wassers. Terrasse und Balkon waren bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt.

The property had not been cleaned when we arrived but Chris reacted very quickly and rectified the issue. The property is very new, well equipped and comfortable. It is located in a very quiet development with easy parking on site.

Tolle, moderne Villa auch zum Arbeiten

Die Villa entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Internetzugang war in den ganzen 5 Wochen stabil und super schnell (über 400 MBit). Der Whirlpool ist genial und nach einem langen Arbeitstag genau das Richtige. Auf Fragen/Wünsche wurde sehr schnell reagiert und immer in unserem Sinne gelöst. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Very nice brand new house

We had a very pleasant stay in Christopher's house. New house fully equipped, very clean, and well designed. The property is not far from the sea (approx 15 min walk), and well situated to discover the island easily. Christopher and Laura were very reactive, we had a little problem with the water heater and they reacted very quickly to solve the issue. We strongly recommend their house for your stay.
