The Space:

Your own slice of Park City paradise awaits in this cozy ski chalet, tucked onto a hillside less than a mile from the slopes at Deer Valley, and under two miles from Park City Mountain. You’re less than half a mile from the amenities of downtown Park City as well. At the home itself, outdoor space includes a private patio – perfect for morning coffee and evening sundowners – and an upgraded hot tub, perfect for a soak any time of the day. The home's roof has been replaced for greater convenience. Inside, you’ll find an open-plan living area with mountain-modern decor and warm hardwood floors. The full, well-equipped kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with spices, a new knife set, and cooking oil. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, you’re within walking distance or a quick drive to all the restaurants and cafés on Main St.



Spend the day exploring town, hiking the trails, or skiing the slopes, and when you return, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace to stream your favorite shows in the living room or use the high-speed WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Lucky guests of the main suite upstairs have their own gas fireplace as well. But the best place to end the night is outside in the hot tub, soaking under the Park City stars.

Great location! Everything about the property was great and amazing. The manager was super communicative and responses with any of our needs. Would stay here again however, the owner lives in the same house and so it’s not very private.

Great Park City Location

Excellent location, easy walk to Main Street, quick access to Deer Valley base. Plenty of room for larger group. Hot tub was great. Very clean and well cared for. Only complaint was lack of cookware. We wanted to make breakfast before skiing but there were minimal pans and no non-stick pan that we could find. Other than, excellent unit and would definitely recommend.

Great place positioned perfectly between Deer Valley Resort & Park City

Lovely place, convenient location. Some say they thought it was weird having the owner stay in the other half of the home, but we they were lovely, offered us some great advise for getting around and never bothered us. We had a great stay, the home is cozy and quaint nestled on the drive to Deer valley Resort and just minutes from Main Street in Park City. For the price this home had it all. Garage parking was a huge plus too. It’s hard choosing a place for your stay, but this was a winner for our family and we would book again. -Alicia Craig

Great stay at the Bear House

We had a great stay at the "Bear House" during our Deer Valley ski trip in Park City. Check-in was smooth, and the early notification was appreciated. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with excellent internet and a large garage.Bedrooms upstairs were comfortable with a cozy fireplace. The downstairs bedroom had small twin beds, and its TV lacked cable, though the family room TV was large and had plenty of DVDs. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.The location was perfect—just minutes to town and a quick drive to Deer Valley Resort. The hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the charming wooden bear outside delighted our kids.Minor issues: broken humidifiers, no bathroom towel hooks, and unclear instructions about the garage opener.Overall, highly recommended!

Great week of skiing with family

The perfect place!! We needed a place to accommodate two couples (the king bedroom and queen bedroom) and two single adults (the two twins bedroom). Nobody had to sleep on a pullout couch! Each bedroom had its own bathroom. What a luxury. The whole space is generous, comfortable, and felt like home. We had a fabulous time cooking, eating, and hanging out together when we weren't skiing or checking out Park City. The bus stops are literally right outside, making getting to the slopes a breeze. We were lucky that a bus was coming each time we stepped out to head to the slopes. It was much easier than driving, changing boots in the car, hiking across a parking lot, etc. The location is also a short walk to downtown Park City, which was a faster way to get there with the amount of traffic on the road some days. The owner lives in the other half of the duplex and was friendly and helpful. For example, our rental car didn't have a snow brush and he let us borrow one of his. Our whole group absolutely loved the new hot tub! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.
