The Space:

Three blocks from the beach and five blocks from the promenade, this lovely Seaside home provides the perfect gateway for your exploration of the Oregon Coast! Full of charm, vibrant colors, and fantastic local businesses, Seaside is truly a coastal gem! From your stay, walk or ride to nearby shops and restaurants to indulge in the finer things in life. Or, don your hiking shoes and catch magnificent views at Silver Point Interpretive Overlook and the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park. When you want to explore nearby towns, jump on Highway 101 and visit Gearhart, Astoria, and Cannon Beach.



Walking into your stay, you will admittedly adore the ample amount of natural lighting, plush furnishings, and homey touches. Kick your feet up in the spacious living room where a velvet blue sofa, gas fireplace, and large TV await. In the adjacent well-equipped kitchen you will find all the appliances needed to whip up delicious dinners. Dine together at the formal dining table or take a picnic to go and eat by the ocean.

Great location and spacious home

We loved how close the house was to town and the beach. The house is minimalistic, but has everything you need. I did recommend adding a couple of important items to the kitchen. You’ll want to pack your spices and oils if you plan on cooking, I prefer that anyways. The house was clean, the beds/bedrooms were super comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and the water pressure was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Nice basic house. Large master closet. All bed rooms are upstairs. Nice living area couch that would sleep two or three . Vacuum in garage was nice. Nice washer and dryer upstairs.

Great House in a Great Location

We loved our stay here! An easy, short, walk to the beach and to town the house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. A perfect home for a family of 3 generations. Stairs were a bit steep for the grandparents is all.

This company was very responsive to any little need. We loved the huge lounging sofa, steaming TV, good kitchen and deep shower tub. We were a family of four and this place was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and 2-3 minute drive to great restaurants.

Calm, and homey area. we enjoy sleeping through the night with the windows open in the master. You can hear the ocean waves. Very peaceful. Highly recommend for those with younger kids.

Great house! Very close to both beach and the Seaside Main promenade and shopping/entertainment area. Very clean. The sleeping room area upstairs is very comfortable, and the house has thermostats in every room to customize comfort. The back yard and outdoor dining table are well maintained. The only (minor) extractions were there were no facial tissues to speak of in the house, there were no hair dryers, the cutting boards were very small, and the stairs (while carpeted with lovely and grippy carpet) were plentiful and a bit steep. Otherwise it was a lovely house. These comments are incredibly minor so just plan ahead and pack a tissue box, your sharp knives for cooking (or a sharpener) and your hair dryers. Oh the water temp and pressure in the showers was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Having stayed in a lot of rental homes, these are huge wins in my book. Proximity, cleanliness, home function and ease of check in and out give it very high marks!!

Beds are very comfy! Place was clean! Kitchen table placed perfectly for a jigsaw puzzle. Had a few things in the restrooms we notified management about! Entertainment/tv was less than desirable. If you have a Netflix account you are good to go. If you have Youtube you will be ok. But without those you are very limited.

Home in Seaside

This is a very nice home. Very clean, pleasant, and quiet. The location is great. We could walk in a few minutes to the beach or to the town center. It is one of the best rental I have been in. There was one issue with the bed in the master bedroom. It did not work for me. I had to sleep in another bed. Beside this issue, it is a wonderful place.
