Clean and comfortable space. Great bang for the buck for my needs as a solo traveler this time. The Worldmark properties nearby in adjacent bldgs are being renovated, but I did not experience any disruption or bothersome noise during my stay July 3-8.I have been coming to Inn at the seventh Mountain every year for the last 10 years, usually on the WorldMark side of the house, but extra family arrived this year and we needed another room, this one fit the bill perfectly. I enjoyed the homeowners personal touches on this property, as an owner property, compared to the Worldmark copy and paste decorations in 1,000 rooms. Would definitely stay here again. The communication and interactions were pleasant and easy, available around the clock. In the pictures, the old miniature golf course is shown, however, it has been rebuilt brand new this past year. Really nice!I enjoyed that it was a ground floor unit because we had a deer walk right past the back patio at seven in the morning. Beautiful birds sing out the private back patio forest and space all day long. Very quiet and tangled space to have coffee in the morning.

It’s wonderful to know you appreciated the personal touches we strive to provide, setting our property apart from the more uniform offerings elsewhere.
We’re glad you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the delightful wildlife right outside your patio. It sounds like the perfect spot for morning coffee! We also appreciate your understanding regarding the nearby renovations; it’s great to hear they didn’t disrupt your stay.
Your kind words about our communication mean a lot to us. We aim to make every interaction as pleasant and easy as possible. We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future, whether it’s just you or with family. Thank you again for choosing us!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Appliances new and functional. Clean room. Host failed to inform renter that major construction would be occurring during our week stay. Construction crews all around us, noisy from 0700-1900 everyday. Tile saws above us as we sat in backyard patio with tile shavings pouring down on top of us. Multi-purpose tool noise, sander noise, circular saws, and lots of hammering. Even had substantial construction adhesive smell permeate into our room from the rehab in upstairs unit. Just plain loud noise. I checked with Seventh Mountain Resort front desk and they said multiple notifications made to owner and Avari Management of the period of this extensive rehab of the building, so this was no surprise to the owner and the management team. Disappointed with this lack of communication to me and the “substantial noise” surprise when we checked in.
