Es ist eine ansprechend eingerichtete, "praktische" und auch gemütliche Wohnung. Sie liegt günstig zum Strand und doch nicht im "Trubel". Leider hat ein Geschäft ganz in der Nähe geschlossen, aber das nächste Geschäft ist nicht zu weit weg.
