Strandperle 7 - Fantastic wellness apartment with sea view

"Beach pearl 7". Our wonderful apartment is located on the first floor of the house "Strandperle" in Großenbrode. Only a few meters separate you from the beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
Dogs are available for a surcharge. Please no cats.

The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people and is equipped with a bathroom and two bedrooms.
On the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea, the fresh sea air and the warm sunshine.
The apartment has a spa shower and a sauna - the perfect rest is guaranteed. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy pure relaxation.
Our kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils, so you can let your cooking free rein.
From the cozy dining area, which offers plenty of seating, you also have a magnificent view of the sea.
The living area has a woodburning stove, which is ideal for a cozy evening on the sofa in colder seasons.

For common entertainment for the whole family, our apartment is also equipped with a Playstation 2, a DVD player and board games for all ages.
Books for children and adults are also sufficiently available.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor. The balcony is oriented to the south-east.

During your stay there is a bicycle storage available.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles ok. Die Lage und der Blick zum strand ist super. In der Wohnungen war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur nicht alles funktionierte richtige. Zum Beispiele der Staubsauger. Oder der Türdrücker von der Wohnungstür ist defekte. Leider kann man, den Kleiderschrank nicht richtig nutzen, da er schon vollgestellt ist.

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, auch unsere Fahrräder konnten wir gut nutzen und schöne Touren machen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in zweiter Reihe zum Meer, biete aber tasächlich einen tollen Blick darauf. Kommen schon jahrelang immer wieder gerne nach Großenbrode und haben jedesmal diese Wohnung wegen des Ausblicks gemietet.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal hier. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage mit Blick aufs Meer. Von Bügeleisen, über Waschmaschine und jegliche Küchenmaschinen ist alles vorhanden.Die Wohnung könnte etwas sauberer sein. Bei diesem als auch beim ersten Besuch waren Wollmäuse unter dem Bett und man lief immer wieder auf Sand.Das Ehebett ist sehr niedrig (ggf problematisch für ältere Leute)und die Matratzen leider auch nicht mehr so gut.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Im großen und Ganzen ein erholsamer Urlaub wenn an der ein oder anderen Stelle wie am Bett oder an den Dichtungen an Türrahmen und Terrassentür ein bisschen investiert wird kann man wirklich schon von herausragend sprechen

Im Dezember 24, hatten wir schon mal die Wohnung gebucht. Der Unterkunft ist sauber mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann eingerichtete. Das Meer kann man vom Fenster aus beobachten. Der Strand ist noch keine Minute entfernt.

Wir wollten einige Tage a die Ostsee um zu entspannen und fanden dabei dieses Objekt. Mit seiner Lage, nämlich direkt vor dem Strand (mit direktem Blick auf das Meer), war es ideal um einige Tage dort verbringen zu können. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde sogar die Waschmaschine unkompliziert getauscht, da die alte defekt war. Also auch hier alles super. Gerne wieder.
