The indoor pool was really nice. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The washer needs to be aired out while not being used. It smells moldy. It would be nice to have a manual drip coffee filter with paper filters. TV remotes were not working. Outlets were not avaliable by the beds. The kitchen was well maintained

I couldn't get into the pool area. Didn't know about the badge. The lights in the kitchen overhead kept flashing.

Thank you for your feedback. The kitchen light has a dimmer switch that can cause flickering when not properly adjusted, and it’s now been corrected. The key for the indoor pool is provided and hangs in the kitchen for guest use. We didn’t receive any service requests during the stay, but we would have been happy to assist. We hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience.

Clean and convenient

We really had everything we needed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for a few simple meals. Tv was an issue upon arrival but once we figured that the hdmi was hooked up wrong we were fine. My only complaint would be that there was no property information aside from the list of rules with the associated fines for breaking said rules. I would have appreciated a map of the property. Many places we’ve stayed also have information on the area like nearby restaurants, medical facilities, shopping etc. maybe a nice addition for the future. I would have liked a heads on where the pools and garbage were. Other than that everything was wonderful.
